No-Knead Easy Pizza- Ready in 20 minutes
20分鐘即食簡易免揉比薩
下班後準備料理,就要選擇簡易快捷的食譜,利用已有的食材,20分鐘內配搭健康營養晚餐,最好大人小孩都愛吃,不用分開煮,連奶奶吃了都要Encore。
份量﹕1人份
材料﹕
吐司 1片 (放了好幾天還沒有吃完,已經沒有新鮮的柔軟)
起士1-2片
花椰菜 (西蘭花) 少許切碎
蘑菇 1粒切片
熟雞肉 1-2小片 (把前天和風雞料理切粒)
蕃茄羅勒意粉醬 1-2 湯匙
做法﹕
1. 烤箱預熱350F。
2.先把西蘭花和蘑菇炒至半熟。
3. 在吐司上塗上一層蕃茄羅勒意粉醬。
4, 然後把起士、雞肉、蘑菇和西蘭花碎放在上面,加少許橄欖油,最後放入烤箱烤約10分鐘。

Ingredients:
1 piece of toast
1-2 piece of cheese
2 small pieces of broccoli (diced)
1 piece of mushroom (sliced)
1-2 slices of leftover cooked chicken (diced)
1-2 tbsp of tomato based pasta sauce
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Slightly cook the broccoli and mushroom in a heated pan.
3. Spread some pasta sauce on the piece of toast/bread.
4. Add cheese, leftover chicken, mushroom and broccoli.
5. Drizzle some olive oil on top if needed/preferred.
6. Bake for 30 mins. Enjoy.
